Barry is an experienced executive coach, trainer, facilitator, and business negotiator. As well as Learning & Development, he has a background in finance working in Product Management for one of the largest financial institutions in Ireland. He’s delivered training for clients in America, Europe and Asia across a range of industries, including sales, tech, pharma, healthcare, finance, retail, and entertainment.
He is passionate in helping business executives to improve their leadership skills and business competencies. Complemented with solid leadership and business experience, he combines both theory and real-world practice to work with leaders globally.
Barry has a strong track record in business, partnership and high-performance team development in diverse business cultures.

Lauren Xiong Xin

An experienced facilitator and coach, Lauren believes in the power of lifelong learning. With a master’s degree in education and an MBA, she has a 15-year background in Learning & Development.
Lauren has designed and delivered training for clients in various industries covering the globe across APAC, America, and Europe. Previously, she worked as an associate team leader in a prestigious training organization, while coaching for a world-class training company based in America.
Lauren specializes in group and one-to-one coaching in Communication, Sales, Influencing, and Leadership skills.
Sunny Fang
Managing Director
Sunny is passionate about helping individuals, teams and organizations work more effectively. With experience in running businesses in the corporate entertainment field, she co-founded Parasol Consulting because of our aim to support individual growth and broader organizational change.

Sunny has spent much of the past 10 years of her career working to service many Fortune 500 companies. As Managing Director, her responsibilities include developing and implementing strategic plans and company policies, maintaining an open dialogue with stakeholders, and driving organizational success.
